Chad Henderson is a part of a 5th-technology farming operation in Madison, Alabama. Henderson Farms operates over 8,000 acres of dryland and irrigated corn, dryland soybeans, wheat, and dryland and irrigated double-crop soybeans. Our wheat has an incredible stand. Herbicide spraying is on pace with half our wheat having the first spray complete. The first shot consisted of herbicide, C-Cat from Teva, CropMax from Nachurs, and MegaGro from Integrated Ag Solutions. Currently, the pest pressure is low and an insecticide isn't needed. We are already making plans for what our subsequent spray utility can be.

 

We are working to clean out grain packing containers and move corn and beans. This is the time of 12 months we timetable grain bin upkeep. We have some augers that want to be changed out.
